Property assistant

If you use the AI assistant, your question and the recent conversation are sent to OpenAI to prepare and check an answer using public property information. Do not include booking references, access codes or other private information. Chat history stays in your browser memory and clears when you start a new chat or leave the page. We do not keep a transcript of your conversation. Verified answers may be cached for up to a day to avoid repeat processing. The assistant does not make reservations, send messages to a person or access your booking.

This website helps you explore our accommodations and start a direct booking. The booking calendar and checkout are provided by Hospitable.

Browsing this website

The website is hosted on Vercel. Like other hosting providers, Vercel may process technical request information, such as your IP address and browser information, to deliver and protect the website. We do not use advertising trackers or newsletter forms on this website.

Checking dates and booking

When you open an accommodation’s booking calendar, your browser connects to Hospitable. Selected dates and party size may be passed to that calendar. Hospitable collects the contact, reservation, and payment information you enter during its booking process and may use cookies or similar storage for that service.

Email inquiries

Our email links open your email app. Nothing is sent until you send the message. The contact details and information you choose to include are received by Checkmate Rentals to respond to your inquiry and arrange a call if requested.
