All non-group bookings are accepted via Airbnb. We do offer direct bookings for property buyouts for corporate events, family reunions, health & wellness retreats, and for couples hosting their weddings at Blackstone Rivers Ranch. Two day buyouts range from $5,000-$17,000. Three day buyouts range from $7,500-$23,000, depending on the time of year (high vs low season), day of the week, timing around holidays, and type of event. A minimum of 2 days is required for a Buyout. Please provide as much detail about your request below for a proposal. We do not provide staffing services for property buyouts. Parties, weddings, etc. are not allowed on property.
